At Soul Sanskar, we strive to provide exceptional prenatal yoga classes to support you on your journey to motherhood. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability.
However, as a small business, we must also uphold certain policies to ensure fairness and sustainability.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
1) Miscarriage:
In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage, clients are eligible for a full refund of any remaining classes on their account.
2) Abortion: Clients who undergo an abortion are also eligible for a full refund of any remaining classes on their account.
3) Refund for TRIAL/EXPERIENCE classes will be issued if there's a request raised within 3 hrs of TRIAL/EXPERIENCE Class completion.
Refund Procedure:To request a refund, clients must provide documentation confirming either a miscarriage or an abortion. This documentation will be kept confidential and used solely to process the refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the request and necessary documentation.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for any other reason apart from those mentioned above. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the classes(Except for the Experience/Trial Class).
Transferability:
Unused classes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their enrollment in the prenatal yoga classes at any time. However, please note that cancellations do not entitle clients to a refund unless they meet the criteria outlined above.
